The international fish fair is the only trade fair for fish and seafood in Germany. It offers an international platform for trade and gastronomy in the Hanseatic City of Bremen. The "fish international" has lived up to its role as the flagship among the European fish fairs and has once again recorded an increase in visitors this year. Approximately 312 exhibitors from 29 nations met on an exhibition area of about 10,000 sqm.

Our Boss Team (here from left: Andreas Gruber, Andre Rinne, Lina Kraatz, Tanja Horn, Lars Pahl and Rainer Jung) was part of the team and presented a selection of our range of machines on approx. 40 sqm. We were very pleased about the lively interest of the visitors in extending the shelf life and preserving the taste and quality of vacuum-packed fish products.
