Our video team visited the beautiful university city of Münster. Our customer Fisch Bussmeyer gave us an insight into production and market sales directly on site. The family business, which has been run since 1978, is currently managed by the second generation. Three times a week it goes to the weekly markets throughout Münsterland. The regular customers at the weekly markets around Münster appreciate this quality!

Awarded the SEAFOOD STAR, Bussmeyer meets all the criteria for attractive product presentation and a top mobile fish store. In production, the fresh fish is carefully prepared for mobile sales and packed with our TITAN-X 950 double chamber. The mobile and high quality equipped sales cart for the mobile weekly markets is equipped with a compact vacuum tabletop unit which enables the sales staff on site to give the customer freshly vacuum packed fish to take home.
